Och f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga tj\u00e4nster \u00e4r det precis r\u00e4tt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Men f\u00f6r andra tj\u00e4nster \u00e4r annonsering inte bara ineffektivt \u2013 det \u00e4r direkt kontraproduktivt. Problemet \u00e4r inte att annonsen inte fungerar. Problemet \u00e4r att personen du letar efter aldrig ser den. F\u00f6r de s\u00f6ker inte jobb.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt data fr\u00e5n LinkedIn \u00e4r bara <strong>30% av arbetskraften aktivt jobbs\u00f6kande<\/strong> vid ett givet tillf\u00e4lle. De \u00f6vriga 70% \u00e4r vad man kallar passiva kandidater \u2013 n\u00f6jda med sin nuvarande roll men \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r r\u00e4tt m\u00f6jlighet om den kommer till dem. Och den n\u00e5r dem aldrig via din jobannons.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r h\u00e4r headhunting b\u00f6rjar ge mening.<\/p>\n<h2>Vad \u00e4r egentligen skillnaden?<\/h2>\n<p>Annonsering och headhunting l\u00f6ser i grunden olika problem:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Annonsering<\/strong> \u00f6ppnar en d\u00f6rr och v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 att r\u00e4tt kandidater ska g\u00e5 in. Man hittar dem.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00e4r b\u00f6r du v\u00e4lja headhunting?<\/h2>\n<p>Det finns inget enkelt svar, men det finns tydliga situationer d\u00e4r headhunting konsekvent ger b\u00e4ttre resultat \u00e4n annonsering.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Tj\u00e4nsten \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagets riktning<\/h3>\n<p>En ny CEO, CFO eller VP of Sales \u00e4r inte bara en medarbetare. Marknaden f\u00f6r relevanta kandidater \u00e4r liten<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00f6ker du en Supply Chain Director med specifik erfarenhet fr\u00e5n medicinteknikindustrin och kunskap om nordiska marknader? D\u00e5 pratar vi kanske om 40\u201360 profiler i hela Norden. Annonsering hoppas p\u00e5 att de 5\u201310% aktivt jobbs\u00f6kande i den gruppen r\u00e5kar se din annons.
