Vivi Stening

Greetings, I ‘m Vivi Stening and I work at Compass Human Resources Group as a senior consultant. We may have met before since I have been in recruitments for more than twenty years. My track record is both from direct search and advertised assignments, on specialist, manager, and executive levels.

I started my career within HR but was carried away by recruitments. I have gained insight in acting “on both sides of the table”, as a consultant and from in-house recruiter role. Over the years, I have accumulated experience in several industries, with a broad network particularly from retail, construction & real estate, service industry, technical trade, renewable energy, and the financial sector.

The most rewarding part of working with recruitments is holding the role as a matchmaker between talented people and their dream jobs, as well as being the contributor for customer organizations success.

My absolute favorite gears in free time are my golf bag and putter, CrossFit barbell, yoga mat and e-bike.
