Are you passionate about food safety, quality management, and making a real impact? Our client is looking for an Interim Quality Manager to lead and strengthen their quality processes during a critical growth period.
The Mission
As Interim Quality Manager, you’ll take ownership of the food safety and quality systems. You will lead efforts to maintain and improve standards like IFS Food and HACCP while supporting a growing production setup.
Your role will be a mix of operational hands-on tasks and system optimisation — ensuring they stay compliant while driving continuous improvements. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and other quality experts in the Group.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the quality management system
- Oversee IFS certification processes and audits (current rating above 95%; next audit in 2026)
- Act as HACCP team leader and ensure food safety compliance
- Handle supplier approvals, raw material specs, and blocked goods
- Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective actions
- Train and support colleagues in quality awareness and processes
What It Takes
- Solid experience in food quality management (IFS, HACCP, food safety)
- Comfortable balancing hands-on tasks with system improvements
- Fluent Danish and professional English (essential for communication)
- A pragmatic, collaborative mindset – ready to work closely with production teams
- Available for 9-12 months, starting August 2025
