Henrik Sandberg

I started as a Recruitment Assistant in Compass Human Resources in 2022, and now work as a Researcher full time. In my role I conduct my own search for candidates, take part in customer meetings, and deliver to the request of the clients.

I recently finished my bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Kristiania University College. This study allowed me to keep a close eye on new ways of thinking in a recruitment process. At the same time, I get input on new research and new legislation, which are useful traits in my current role in Compass.
