CFO TO GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM, REPORTING TO CEO

A growing PE – owned IoT company group with operations through multiple subsidiaries and several countries.
This CFO role presents an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization as it continues to expand via organic growth and selected buy & build with a vision to become the market-leading provider in its field. The CFO will work closely with CEO and top management team, in partnership with a reputable and successful private equity investor.
The role is preferably based at the Headquarter in the Stockholm region, with flexibility for commuting arrangements. Travel across the Group’s markets will be required.
Key responsibilities
As CFO, you will have overall responsibility for finance, reporting, systems and performance management across the Group. Key areas include:
- Leading Group finance operations, including consolidation, reporting, forecasting, treasury and investor relations
- Acting as a proactive business partner to the CEO and senior management, driving insight, analysis and value creation
- Further professionalizing financial processes, KPI reporting and forecasting capabilities
- Strengthening transparency and forward-looking financial and non-financial reporting in a PE environment
- Supporting M&A activities, including due diligence, integration and systems alignment
- You will also take a hands-on leadership role in developing a high-performing finance organization, ensuring the right set-up, processes and systems in place to support continued growth.
- Being the single point of contact for external stakeholders, as well as potential future investors in the context of M&A process on all matters related to financials and KPIs.
- The CFO will be a key member of the senior management team alongside the CEO,providing a central role in the leadership and strategy of the business to ensure that its activities create value over the short-, medium- and long-term.
Your background
We are looking for an experienced CFO with credibility, drive and analytical strength to operate at both strategic and operational level. You will likely bring:
- Proven experience as CFO (or equivalent) in a private-equity-owned environment
- Strong understanding of PE reporting requirements, cash management, leverage and value creation
- Deep technical finance expertise across accounting, reporting, forecasting, tax and treasury
- Solid exposure to M&A and post-merger integration
- A credible and effective communicator across all stakeholder groups, grounded in strong ethics; confident presenting to the Board and skilled in engaging investors and lenders
- Experience from technology, software, IoT or recurring-revenue business models (preferred)
- International experience and ability to operate across multiple markets
