Mrec Oy is an independent financial adviser in property and infrastructure-related transactions. Mrec was established in 2010 and since then the company has executed over 100 transactions with a combined gross asset value of over EUR 5 billion. Currently Mrec employs seven professionals with strong track records from various backgrounds, including investment banking, asset management, fund management, financial accounting, property and infrastructure investments, and valuation. Mrec Oy is part of Mrec Group.

We’re now looking for an

ANALYST

to join our high-performing and insightful Mrec advisory team. In this role, you’ll work across a variety of sell-side and buy-side transaction advisory assignments, supporting different stages of the process. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, preparing presentations, building financial models, and assisting in due diligence alongside senior team members. From day one, you’ll be involved in client meetings and interactions, giving you the chance to take on real responsibility and gain valuable insight into the full transaction lifecycle. At Mrec, you’ll also develop a solid understanding of the property market, its current trends, key stakeholders, and client profiles, as well as their commercial goals and needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, real estate economics, industrial engineering and management, accounting, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an asset but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous relevant work experience is an advantage — but above all, your mindset and motivation matter most
