The position

As Personal Assistant for the Managing Partner based in CIPs new headquarters in Nordhavn, you will get a key position. You will play a central, confidential and co-ordinating role both internally and externally, and you will be his closest go-to person in providing broad proactive administrative support, managing his calendar, and ensuring alignment in his daily schedule.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively organize and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring alignment in daily schedule and keep the calendar up-to date. You will coordinate closely with the Strategy Office and other team members supporting the Managing Director
  • Provide broad pro-active administrative support, e.g., managing incoming inquiries, scheduling of meetings, and organize and leverage the Managing Partners’ time effectively.
  • Various administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations.
  • Provide personal assistance and support.

About you

You possess relevant work experience from a position as Personal/Executive Assistant in a top tier consulting firm, law firm, investment bank, large international company or Ministry/government Agency. In addition, you have the following characteristics:

  • Resilient, service minded, pro-active and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment across a wide range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities.
  • Ability to grasp the big picture yet track operational detail and overview.
  • Ability to drive administrative processes and projects proactively and independently
  • Thorough with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who is proactive and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and who can handle confidential material discreetly.
