Initially, you will take on a role as a Technical Specialist, which in the near future may transition into a hybrid position combining advanced technical expertise with commercial responsibility.

This represents a unique opportunity to combine a highly advanced technical role with commercial accountability. The company has strong coverage across many centers in Sweden, and physicians have a clear need for on-site technical support. As clinicians become more experienced with the company’s heart valve solutions, the role will gradually evolve to include a stronger commercial focus, driven by the need to further develop the business and expand the customer base. This transition is expected to take place in the near future.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert technical support during complex medical procedures at leading hospitals
  • Ensure products are prepared and used correctly in critical clinical settings
  • Complete a structured training program to become a trusted expert in cutting-edge technologies
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that make a difference
  • Travel across Sweden, with Stockholm as your base

If this role transitions into a hybrid position, as is likely, your responsibilities will also include ownership of sales targets and driving sales and marketing activities for the product portfolio towards major hospitals in Sweden. This includes developing business within the product areas through the presentation of clinical evidence and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or healthcare, such as a registered nurse, cath lab specialist, or other relevant technical education
  • Clinical, operational, or interventional experience in a cath lab or similar environment is a strong advantage
  • Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Self-driven and well-organized, with the ability to manage independent tasks while contributing to shared team objectives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship builder with a genuine interest in working in the field and supporting healthcare professionals
  • Commercial mindset – ability to identify opportunities and create value beyond the product
  • Flexible and willing to travel within Sweden
