As Beritech Group’s Planning Manager you will oversee and optimize all production activities, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with demand. You will enhance the planning organization, overseeing all planning processes across the company. If you’re a hands-on planner with a passion for data and people, we would love to hear from you.

Lead the Way in Production Planning

With your genuine interest in data and analytics, you will develop detailed and data-driven production schedules, coordinate with various departments to ensure material and resource availability, and implement Beritech’s planning model for efficient production. You will allocate resources effectively, monitor material and labor use to maximize efficiency, and minimize waste. You will analyze production processes, develop and implement SOPs and process improvements, and communicate plans and changes to stakeholders. Additionally, you will forecast production needs based on market trends, adjust plans for demand fluctuations, identify and mitigate production risks, and generate performance reports. Leading and supporting the planning team, you will enhance staff skills and ensure optimal use of their competencies. You can work from the company HQ in Nørresundby, or one of the other sites in Randers, Hillerød or Kalundborg. Regular travels to the company HQ should be expected.

Proactive Planner with a Vision

The preferred candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and structured. It is expected that you excel at following up on tasks and continuously improving outcomes proactively. With a solid understanding of production techniques, you know how to enhance them. You are well-organized, result-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. You can seamlessly switch between the big picture and detailed analysis. Excellent communication skills, and a passion for leadership and motivating people are also critical for this role.
