As Head of Marketing & Strategic Projects at Compass Human Resources Group and our partner, People & Performance, I am responsible for driving our marketing strategy with a strong focus on growth, visibility and a stable lead pipeline that is closely aligned with the overall business objectives.
I work at the intersection of marketing, business development and strategic projects, helping to create structure, direction and coherence across the organisation. To me, marketing is not about visibility for its own sake, but about moving the business forward, strengthening relationships and supporting the everyday work of our consultants.
