As their new AP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of their accounts payable operations. You will lead a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and act as a trusted partner to the broader finance department at Food Folk.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of four AP professionals
- Oversee the end-to-end AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Drive process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements
- Prepare and present AP metrics and KPIs to management
- Collaborate with the finance team on monthly and year-end closing activities
- Resolve complex queries from vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support the implementation of new systems and process changes
- Contribute to cash flow management and provide regular reporting on AP performance

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or similar
- At least two years of accounts payable and ideally team leadership experience
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large transaction volumes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Danish and English
- Experience with ERP systems, invoice automation tools, and MS Office
