Strategic and operational leadership in a dynamic environment

As Country Manager, you will take full strategic and operational responsibility for the Danish business. You will lead a diverse team of operational staff and specialists, drive performance across sales, profitability, and market share, and ensure the continued development and success of the organisation in Denmark. As part of the executive management team, you will collaborate closely with leadership colleagues across Northern Europe.

Your role will involve strengthening leadership, expanding the network of clinics and partners, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will nurture strong relationships with strategic partners and the public healthcare sector, safeguard existing operations, and actively pursue new business opportunities. With full P&L responsibility, you will manage budgets and financial outcomes, always striving to exceed national targets and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Experienced, commercially minded, and people-focused leader

We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of driving execution and achieving ambitious goals. You have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder relations, ideally within the private healthcare sector or from other sectors known for managing and operating networks of commercial clinics or branches throughout the country. Your leadership style is collaborative and engaging, and you are motivated by building high-performing teams and delivering results in a purpose-driven environment. Fluency in Danish and English is required.
