This is a unique opportunity to work with leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies across Europe, helping them leverage Veeva Vault PromoMats to drive efficiency, compliance, and commercial excellence.

Delivering Value Through Technology and Expertise
As Technical Consultant, you will become part of a highly specialized and collaborative team, working closely with pharmaceutical clients to maximize the value of their technology investments. You will play a key role in both technical and functional project deliveries, supporting clients through system optimization, compliance activities, and digital transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing tailored solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Leading technical and functional workstreams within Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Designing, configuring, and optimizing support procedures and workflows.
- Managing change requests and impact assessments.
- Conducting compliance-related activities, including testing and periodic reviews.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Preparing reports and KPIs using internal and client systems.
Technical Expert with a Consulting Mindset
We are looking for a consultant who combines strong technical competence with excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
You bring:
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within IT, business, or a related field.
- Experience with API and SDK development, which is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with GxP, GAMP, ITIL, cloud-based systems, DevOps, or agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
