Benedicte Rieck Ellingsen

I work as a researcher in Compass Human Resources Norway. My duties consist of looking for candidates and contacting them on behalf of our customers. I arrange interviews and ensure a good flow of communication throughout the recruitment process. Every day I talk to talented people in several different industries, and help both them and the customers to find the best possible match.
