We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead and grow our business across the Nordic region. As the Commercial Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence, particularly in Denmark and Sweden and in the near future also the rest of the Nordic region. You will develop and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with RAWBITE’s mission, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.

As Commercial Manager Nordics you are responsible for securing and verifying that the Danish and Swedish markets are on track. This includes developing and executing sales strategy, customer relationship management, market expansion and brand building, market insights and analytics, and finally financial planning and budgeting.

In the short run (2025) the focus is to maintain the current customer base and ensure they are happy. In 2026 and onwards RAWBITE plan to expand in both current and new markets in the Nordic Region.

We would like you to meet the following criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role within FMCG, ideally within premium food or beverage brands.
  • Proven track record of success in the Nordic market, with experience in key account management and sales strategy.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Danish and English.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food is a plus!
