For MEDICE in Copenhagen, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Nordic Business Manager – Renal, who can spearhead the launch of MEDICE’s new product line in the field of Nephrology.
Take the lead in shaping the future of nephrology
As the new Nordic Business Manager – Renal, you will spearhead MEDICE’s launch of the Nephrology line in the Nordic countries. You will have full responsibility for driving all aspects of the launch, ensuring it meets commercial and strategic goals. Your overall responsibilities will span across Sales & Market Access as well as Marketing, with a primary focus on maximizing market penetration and brand awareness. Your role will be instrumental in laying the foundation for the success of MEDICE’s nephrology portfolio.
Within Sales & Market Access you will:
- Own and lead all brand activities within the Nephrology line
- Drive the growth strategy for the product and secure its success within the nephrology space
- Foster and strengthen key relationships with KOLs and healthcare system stakeholders.
- Continuously refine and improve marketing and market access capabilities for the Nordic region (DK, NO & SE)
- Ensure the brand’s voice is consistently heard across all channels with maximum impact.
- Work closely with local market access agencies to ensure optimal product visibility and accessibility
- Lead the demand forecasting process within the Nephrology line.
Within Marketing you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Nordic Nephrology market
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to activate impactful marketing campaigns
- Shape long-term and short-term strategies in line with the evolving needs of the nephrology space
- Ensure effective planning and implementation of brand strategies targeted at HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and remunerators across DK, NO, and SE
- Take ownership of key projects outlined in the marketing plan, ensuring flawless execution
- Work closely with local managers to synchronize market access strategies and drive product uptake
- Lead and represent the brand at international congresses and key industry events, driving visibility and engagement
- Support local country managers in adapting and implementing plans that resonate within the individual markets
Furthermore, you will equip and empower the Key Account Managers/Clinical Care Managers for the launch, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and commercial insights necessary to succeed. This role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position post-launch, contingent upon successful execution.
As Nordic Business Manager – Renal, you will join the Copenhagen office, currently consisting of 5 employees. You will report directly to the Nordic General Director.
Experienced Brand Manager with Nordic outlook
You hold a master’s degree within Life Science and Marketing Management and have several years of experience in a similar commercial role within Product Launch or Brand Management – preferably within the area of Nephrology. We are looking for a person with experience in managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders within a Nordic setup. You have demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations and have a track record of driving projects to success. Knowledge of the Nordic health care systems is an advantage.
Alternatively, you might be a Key Account Manager in Nephrology looking to take the next step in your career, ready to leverage your experience in a more strategic role.

Your strong decision-making capabilities, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a robust professional network, will be key to your success.
