Supporting Reliable Operations in a Regulated Environment

As Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of a combined Customer Service and Warehouse function based at a new UK office location. The role is highly operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on warehouse activities, and order processing. You will work closely with colleagues across Customer Service and Sales to ensure accurate order fulfilment, stock control, and compliance with quality and GDP requirements.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys operational responsibility, structured processes, and working in a regulated environment where attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse and order processing activities as part of the Customer Service team
  • Support order processing, including order capture, order form presentation, and related documentation
  • Manage stock activities, including inbound receiving, shelf rotation, monthly stock checks, and stock reconciliation
  • Report back-orders in line with internal procedures
  • Raise customer collections in the ERP system as required
  • Complete monthly filing and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements

Occasional out of hours work may be required to support urgent customer orders, including on site pick and pack activities. Any such work will be subject to additional compensation.

Your Background and Profile

You have experience from a warehouse, logistics, or customer service environment, ideally within a regulated industry quality-driven environment. You are comfortable working with structured processes and systems and take pride in accuracy, compliance, and reliability. You work well as part of a team, communicate clearly, and are motivated by contributing to smooth daily operations and high service standards.

Experience with warehouse management systems (preferably D365), third-party logistics, and stock handling is considered an advantage. Fluency in English is required.

Why Join This Opportunity?

You will join a newly formed team of five colleagues in a modern office environment, offering the chance to help shape daily operations from an early stage.
