Integration Manager

Renewtech ApS

Drive M&A integration in a high-growth circular IT company

You will take a central role in a fast-growing, private equity-backed company executing an ambitious European buy-and-build strategy. As Integration Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and directly influence how acquisitions are transformed into a unified, scalable platform. The role offers a unique combination of strategy, hands-on execution, and international exposure across multiple markets. You will have significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the company’s integration playbook.

Responsibility

The Integration Manager is responsible for owning and driving the full integration lifecycle of acquired companies. The role connects M&A activities with operational execution, ensuring that acquisitions are integrated effectively both operationally and culturally into Renewtech’s One Company business model.

You will operate as a key link between central functions and local entities, translating strategic intent into structured integration plans and ensuring execution across multiple parallel projects.

Assignments

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • End-to-end project management of integration processes from transaction to full implementation
  • Driving operational alignment across systems, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Leading change management and cultural integration in acquired organisations
  • Building scalable integration frameworks and playbooks for future acquisitions
  • Tracking progress, value creation and synergy realisation, including financial impact

The role is highly execution-driven and involves both leading projects and being hands-on in driving implementation, with a strong focus on ownership, follow-up and delivering results.

Qualifications

You have a relevant academic background within business administration, finance or similar, and bring experience from post-merger integration, project management or comparable roles within complex organisational environments.

You are commercially minded and analytically strong, with the ability to build and assess business cases, identify value levers and track realised synergies. Experience from consulting, M&A environments or high-growth companies is considered highly relevant.

You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and to present clearly to senior leadership.

Personality

You are self-driven and take ownership of both planning and execution. You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift, and multiple projects run in parallel.

You bring a high level of emotional intelligence, understanding how to engage and align people during periods of change. You combine a pragmatic and approachable style with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, knowing when to push forward and when to adapt.

You are resilient, structured and goal-oriented, with the ability to drive integration processes to completion even when facing organisational complexity and resistance.
