GROUP HR DIRECTOR
We are looking for a HR Director to join our executive leadership team. As a key strategic partner reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape our talent strategy and strengthen our company culture, helping us achieve our vision: providing technology for a carefree life.
You will lead our People and Culture function across all current operations, while supporting our ambition to expand further in the Nordic region and beyond.
YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will:
- Lead our People Team with vision and purpose, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Design and implement Group-wide HR processes that drive operational excellence across all business units.
- Build a strong internal communications framework and enhance our talent management systems.
- Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen our organization at every level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, championing progressive HR practices and managing change initiatives that reflect our core values: business ethics, adaptability, and responsibility.
YOUR ROLE
As Group HR Director, you will act as a key business adviser and HR expert at Group level. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a business-focused HR agenda.
- Fostering a culture based on high business ethics, openness to change, and strong accountability.
- Leading a People Team of two and managing HR relations with business units across all countries, as well as with external partners.
- Developing and managing Group-level HRD/HRM processes together with the businesses.
- Planning and executing internal communications.
- Advancing talent management initiatives and maintaining an industry-leading competency framework.
- Driving leadership development across the organization.
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about leading people and transforming cultures. You excel at driving business results while adapting to change and evolving priorities.
You bring:
- A strong track record in HR policy development and leading HR projects.
- Broad expertise in HRD/HRM development and internal communications.
- A combination of strategic planning skills and practical execution ability.
- Experience promoting a digital mindset and advancing digital HR processes.
- Knowledge of ESG practices and workplace well-being (an advantage).
- Fluency in English and Finnish (Swedish skills are highly valued).
