Driving International Growth

As the International Sales Manager, you will play a central role in accelerating Stille’s global growth, driving sales of their high‑quality surgical instruments across international markets. This is a field‑focused role for someone who enjoys travelling, managing distributors, training sales reps, attending exhibitions, visiting clinics, and building new and existing partnerships. You will represent Stille among distributors and clinical stakeholders—surgeons, OR nurses, hospital managers—showcasing how their instruments elevate precision and improve surgical outcomes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full international sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
  • Building and nurturing long‑term distributor and partner relationships.
  • Presenting, demonstrating, and educating on Stille’s portfolio.
  • Driving market penetration in existing and new territories.
  • Representing Stille at exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
  • Identifying customer needs and market trends to shape future developments.

About you

We are looking for a goal-oriented, ambitious, and self‑driven salesperson who thrives in an international environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. You are energetic, proactive, an excellent communicator, and motivated by achieving results. Experience in MedTech or OR‑related sales is required. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
