As Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a new warehouse and sales office in Warsaw as part of an international organization’s continued European expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will build and lead a small, high-performing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across customer service, warehouse, fulfilment, and office administration. Your focus will be on supporting future sales growth, optimizing processes, and delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with local and international teams and act as the primary point of contact for Polish operations. Your responsibilities will include oversight of quality control activities, inventory and consignment stock management, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the local Customer Service and Warehouse team, ensuring clear priorities and smooth daily operations
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, consignment stock and fulfilment, with a strong focus on reliability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain close coordination with regional and international teams on quality, regulatory, logistics and inventory related matters
- Support and maintain Quality Management Systems, including Standard Operating Procedures, complaint handling and shipment deviations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through structured follow up, performance analysis and operational optimization
- Ensure accurate maintenance of internal systems and operational data related to customers, vendors and employees
- Act in line with the company’s values and contribute to a professional, collaborative and performance oriented working environment
A Visible Leader with Operational Acumen
We are looking for a practical, adaptable and detail oriented operations professional with solid experience from a similar role, ideally within a regulated industry. You are comfortable working in an environment where structures are being built, decisions are made with foresight, and leadership is demonstrated through involvement, ownership and the ability to translate vision into practical execution. Furthermore, you are motivated by the opportunity to help shape an operation and create sustainable processes that will support the business long term.
You have experience within B2B customer service and operational coordination and are confident managing inventory related processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM systems will be considered an advantage. You value collaboration and can build effective working relationships across functions and borders.
