You will play a key role in engaging fans and diving ticket sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, have a sharp eye for detail and love live events.

The Role

AXS are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Stockholm. This is a key role focused on executing B2C marketing activities across digital platforms to drive ticket sales and strengthen both consumer and client brand awareness. You will work closely with the European Marketing Director and local Swedish teams, managing marketing content, supporting communications, and using data insights to drive performance.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver weekly B2C email campaigns using Salesforce (newsletters, solus, ad-hoc).
  • Manage and schedule content across social media channels, ensuring alignment with artist and AXS brand tone.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives, sales communications, and brand development efforts.
  • Execute paid social and Google Ad campaigns in collaboration with the EU Marketing Director.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and present actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain performance reports in Looker for senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships and dialog with key clients and sync marketing efforts with them to achieve desired outcomes.

Daily tasks include:

  • Manage and update content across AXS.com, including text, links, and imagery.
  • Ensure SEO-friendly, concise and updated website copy.
  • Collaborate with client services and promoter teams to maintain content workflows.
  • Update B2B solutions website and AXS Sweden LinkedIn page.
  • Lead on social media strategy, engagement, and community growth.
  • Execute translations of global content and product updates from English to Swedish.
  • Contribute to campaign planning using historic data to inform future strategies.

About you

You are structured, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re a natural communicator who builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and you take pride in delivering polished, on-brand content. You balance creativity with analytical thinking and enjoy working hands-on across multiple marketing touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a content, data entry, or marketing-focused role.
  • Experience working with social media, CMS, or website back-end tools.
  • Basic Photoshop/image editing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent and excellent written Swedish and English; strong grammar and copywriting skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
