Clinical Expertise and Sales Excellency in your Region

Leading your seasoned and successful field sales team, you’ll directly engage with healthcare professionals, driving sales across the region. As the central liaison between LeMaitre and healthcare professionals, your role demands adeptness in clinical discussions, commercial acumen and robust communication skills. Engaging regularly with doctors and specialists, you’ll navigate clinical complexities with ease. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe, representing LeMaitre at industry events and conferences. Your tasks will include establishing clear sales targets and strategic sales plans, providing leadership to the team, nurturing key relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise and communication strengths will be instrumental in driving results and achieving sales targets, year-on-year.

Leading with Knowledge and Empathy

To succeed in this role, you come with considerable experience and expertise within the cardiovascular medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, coupled with strong product knowledge specific to peripheral and cardiovascular devices and implants and an in-depth understanding of clinical complexities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, especially within the NHS, is crucial, alongside robust commercial acumen and proven leadership skills. You excel in fostering strong relationships and demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and dedication in your work, embodying a self-starting and loyal attitude. A sense of humor, empathy, and curiosity are valued traits, indicative of a mature mindset that navigates challenges with grace and optimism. Ideally, you are based in Greater London, Birmingham, or Manchester.
