You will join a small, highly hands-on M&A team and work closely with the Director, M&A & Corporate Development, with strong exposure to Nevel’s Management Team, Board and owners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, screening and evaluating acquisition opportunities in line with Nevel’s strategy and Board-approved mandates
  • Building robust financial models, valuations and investment analyses, including assessment of financing structures
  • Coordinating and managing due diligence processes together with internal stakeholders and external advisors
