We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager

Your Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in a fast-growing international organization serving private equity portfolio companies. Your responsibilities will combine procurement management, supplier partnerships, and client account development—with a strong focus on driving growth in the Finnish market.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively drive increase contract usage of customers (portfolio companies) and private equity investors
- Manage supplier partnerships and client relationships
- Lead competitive tenders and annual negotiations
- Support CaPS’ international expansion
Who We’re Looking For
You have relevant experience—ideally in procurement, contract management, sales, or consulting. A background in both in-house procurement and consulting is a plus. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring agility, ambition, and drive. International experience is an advantage.
Ideally, you also bring:
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)
- Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- A “CaPS attitude”: customer-focused and self-driven
- Academic background in economics or similar
