Lead the sales team in Denmark!

As Head of Sales, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Director of the Nordic and Baltic region. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and increasing market share across retail, away-from-home, and eCommerce channels. You will be based at the Copenhagen office where you will be joining and managing a team consisting of a Senior Key Account Manager, an Account Manager, and a Sales Coordinator. The team is passionate about making a positive impact on the world and driving continuous improvement in everything they do.

Furthermore, you will lead the strategic execution alongside key stakeholders at the company. Your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive commercial plans to achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets. You will drive the execution and ongoing monitoring of these plans in close coordination with KAMs, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, PRGM, and external field sales teams. Additionally, you will provide crucial strategic insights into Denmark’s portfolio needs and market dynamics to inform decisions made by the category and brand teams.
