Key responsibilities
- Contribute to managing our Nordic high yield portfolios
- Perform bottom-up fundamental analysis, including assessing capital structures, covenants, and recovery scenarios.
- Play a key role in restructuring processes, engaging and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
- Generate and execute investment ideas, supported by fundamental and quantitative analysis.
- Improve the team’s analytical infrastructure and help develop quantitative models for value, risk, and portfolio construction.
- Participate in sales processes by doing client meetings, seminars and presentations in the Nordics and abroad.
Required qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, mathematics or economics.
- 2 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the Nordic high‑yield market.
- Very strong IT and quantitative skills (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA, data‑visualisation, statistical modelling).
- Excellent analytical ability and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish (written and spoken).
- Ability to work as part of a high‑performing team in a flat organization but also independently.
- The ability to travel, mostly in the Nordics.
