Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to managing our Nordic high yield portfolios
  • Perform bottom-up fundamental analysis, including assessing capital structures, covenants, and recovery scenarios.
  • Play a key role in restructuring processes, engaging and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate and execute investment ideas, supported by fundamental and quantitative analysis.
  • Improve the team’s analytical infrastructure and help develop quantitative models for value, risk, and portfolio construction.
  • Participate in sales processes by doing client meetings, seminars and presentations in the Nordics and abroad.

Required qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance, mathematics or economics.
  • 2 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the Nordic high‑yield market.
  • Very strong IT and quantitative skills (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA, data‑visualisation, statistical modelling).
  • Excellent analytical ability and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work as part of a high‑performing team in a flat organization but also independently.
  • The ability to travel, mostly in the Nordics.
