An established Norwegian company within renewable energy solutions, backed by a leading international energy group, is looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead the next phase of its development.
The company has built a strong market position, a skilled organisation and a solid customer base across Norway. With the support of a financially strong parent company and a growing portfolio of renewable energy solutions, the foundation is in place for a leader who can translate opportunities into sustainable growth and profitability.
As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the business while leading both the executive team and a nationwide B2B focused sales organisation. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving commercial performance and strengthening the company’s position in a rapidly evolving market.
You will lead an experienced management team and a well-established sales organisation, while working closely with Nordic leadership and sister companies to ensure alignment between local execution and overall strategic priorities.
We expect you to bring
- Proven leadership experience from a CEO, Managing Director or senior commercial leadership role
- A strong track record within complex B2B sales environments
- Experience leading managers and commercial teams
- A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking
- The ability to drive execution, create momentum and deliver business results
- Experience with business transformation, change management or turnaround situations is an advantage
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and good English skills

Location
