Famobra GmbH

This is a unique opportunity to set your footprint on a fast-growing company within global trading and at the same time be part of the international, family-owned Fleggaard Group with solid financial results.

Front figure in an international, young and fast-growing company
Famobra has only existed as an independent company since 2017, hence you have the best opportunities to influence the future of the company with highly motivated employees, systems that works and no “used to do” attitude that has an exciting international growth journey ahead. Your job is to execute the growth strategy by increasing revenue on a relatively steady cost base through identification and opening of new markets, customers, suppliers and products as well as take advantage of the great backlist and synergies within the Fleggaard Group. The trading business is risky; thus, you have a great responsibility in finding the right balance between risks and return.

You will be leading a very international team with a company culture that has elements from both Danish and German culture, so you must focus on retaining key employees and make the organization work optimally. You will have the overall responsibility of 34 highly dedicated employees. Travel activity up to 30 days per year must be expected.

Strong leader with international trading experience
To be successful in this role you must have at least 3-4 years of leadership experience within international trading, preferable from a company trading FMCG in order to understand the business and create respect and trust in the organization. Your job will be hands-on and close to the business; thus, you must possess a great commercial intelligence and be fluently in German and English. As a leader you are motivating and positive with a holistic approach. You demonstrate a strong leader capacity towards your organization and empower others to take responsibility and buy-in.  You believe in team-spirit and strives for creating synergies internally and long-term sales relations externally. It is highly important that you can manage to press the speeder and brake at the same time as well as see possibilities rather than limitations, as Famobra exits on taking well-considered risks.
