Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant with a structured, professional and service-minded mind-set to support two of our Partners – our CIO and our CHRO – who both are part of the CIP management team.
The position
As Personal Assistant based in CIPs new headquarters in Nordhavn, you will get a key position. You will play a central, confidential and co-ordinating role both internally and externally, and you will be the closest go-to person for the Partners respectively in providing broad proactive administrative support.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively organize and maintain the Partners’ calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring alignment in daily schedule and keep calendars up-to date.
- Provide broad pro-active administrative support, e.g., managing incoming inquiries, scheduling of meetings, and organize and leverage the Partners’ time effectively.
- Various administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations.
- Provide personal assistance and support.
In these trusted and independent positions, you will get the benefit of being part of a team of 14 Personal Assistants who supports different Partners and Funds across the organization – and with whom you can enjoy a working community and professional sparring.
About you
You possess a solid and relevant work experience from a position as Personal/Executive Assistant in a top tier consulting firm, law firm, investment bank, large international company or Ministry/government Agency. In addition, you have the following characteristics:
- Resilient, service minded, pro-active and a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment across a wide range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities.
- Ability to grasp the big picture yet track operational detail and overview.
- Ability to drive administrative processes and projects proactively and independently.
- Thorough with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who is proactive and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and who can handle confidential material discreetly.
