Export Key Account Manager
We are looking for an Export Key Account Manager to join the international export team and play a key role in driving growth across global markets. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and international partners to ensure that products and operations are aligned with evolving market needs and growth opportunities.
You will join a small, dynamic team with a strong international focus and report directly to the Export Director. The role offers a truly international environment with close collaboration across functions and markets, providing excellent opportunities to develop your expertise in global business.
This position is based in Salmisaari, Helsinki.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Driving profitable growth across global markets by managing customer relationships, leading negotiations, and developing tailored sales strategies
- Managing and developing international customer and distributor networks
- Leading sales planning, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Analysing market and sales data to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams
- Representing Lantmännen Cerealia at trade fairs and customer meetings
What we expect from you:
- At least five years of experience in international FMCG sales, preferably within the food or cosmetics sector
- Strong negotiation and distributor management skills
- Goal-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately once a month
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage
- A degree relevant to the position, such as in International Business, Marketing or a related field
