We are now looking for a Digital Marketing specialist and coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role where you will work closely with the business and take ownership of marketing coordination, digital campaigns, and content. You will play a key role in building a consistent brand presence while supporting commercial initiatives and customer engagement.

The role reports to the Abilia CMO and is part of the Abilia Marketing Team. You will work across two of Abilia’s companies, Komikapp Sverige and Amajo Norge, supporting their positioning in the markets, and contributing to a more commercial and market-driven setup.

This is not a traditional role in a large organization – you will help build structure, visibility, and a more commercially driven marketing approach.

The role suits someone who enjoys working both strategically and operationally, and who thrives on taking initiative and driving things forward.

Key Responsibilities

Offering, Content & Positioning

  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and product capabilities into clear messaging, positioning, and high-impact content (e.g. presentations, case studies, thought leadership)
  • Use market and competitive insights to strengthen positioning and support commercial growth

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Manage social media presence, content planning, and the marketing calendar aligned with commercial priorities
  • Track and optimize performance to drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI

Website, SEO & Webshop

  • Manage and optimize website and webshop content, SEO, and user experience
  • Analyze performance and drive continuous improvements in traffic, conversion, and visibility
  • Coordinate technical updates with partners and internal teams

Brand, Design & Content Creation

  • Create and develop high-quality content and visual assets across channels
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts and materials

Events & Customer Engagement

  • Support and execute events, webinars, and industry activities
  • Manage event communication and support lead generation and follow-up

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to align marketing with business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and stay updated on trends and best practices

Your Profile

We believe you are a structured and proactive marketing professional who enjoys working broadly and taking ownership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, social media, and content creation
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and CMS platforms
  • Experience working with website and/or webshop environments, including content management, user experience, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian (Both Swedish and Norwegian is a plus)
