Trimco Group is looking for a CFO (Europe) to take overall responsibility for Finance across Europe, Africa (Kenya) and the Middle East. The role is based in Herning, Denmark, and is a key leadership position in an international organisation operating across multiple countries and legal entities.
CFO (Europe) with Full P&L Responsibility and Strong Business Focus
As CFO (Europe), you will act as the senior financial leader in the region and a close business partner to the European commercial organisation and Group Finance in Hong Kong. You will take ownership of a regional finance organisation of approximately 25–31 employees, with 5–8 direct reports, and play a central role in strengthening financial governance, transparency and performance across the region.
The role combines classic CFO responsibilities with a strong business focus. You will work closely with commercial and operational leadership, including manufacturing operations in Turkey, Romania and Kenya, and contribute directly to value creation, cash flow focus and informed decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for financial reporting, consolidation and controlling across the region
- Full ownership of regional financial performance, with strong focus on cash flow, liquidity and working capital
- Driving business insight and financial decision support to management
- Leadership and development of a strong regional finance organisation covering controlling, reporting, FP&A and day-to-day operations
- Acting as primary point of reference for all finance professionals in the region
- Close collaboration with Group Finance on reporting standards, tax, treasury and governance
- Playing a key role in post-acquisition integration and future M&A activities
