Here’s a great opportunity to take on a key commercial role at Sesami, a global leader in cash management solutions. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships across Denmark.
You will work closely with companies within the retail ecosystem while actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding Sesami’s presence in the Danish market.
Your Role in Account Management
In this role, you will take ownership of sales activities and work with both existing customers and new business opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for selected clients and will regularly visit customers across Denmark.
Your responsibilities include managing and developing customer relationships, identifying and acquiring new clients, and securing new contracts. You will negotiate partnership agreements to optimise profitability and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
In addition, you will support lifecycle-related activities, including End-of-Life (EOL) processes, and maintain a structured approach to CRM and follow-up.
Drive Innovation at Sesami
You will be part of Sesami’s mission to transform cash management through innovative, AI-driven solutions. Working closely with product managers and internal specialists, you will present and demonstrate solutions that create value for customers and support their operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with customer service, sales support, and the EMEA team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. There may also be opportunities to contribute to cross-border activities within the Nordic sales organisation.
Are You the Right Fit?
Sesami is looking for a commercially driven profile with experience in B2B solution selling and a strong focus on new business development. You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience and thrive in a proactive, customer-facing role.
Experience from retail or related industries, or from companies supplying solutions into retail environments, is considered an advantage. You are structured in your approach, comfortable working with CRM systems, and motivated by building relationships and creating results.
As a person, you are self-driven, outgoing, and able to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. You are flexible and comfortable with a role that involves frequent travel across Denmark.
