LeMaitre, a global leader in the vascular medical device industry, is looking for a commercially strong Key Account Manager to drive growth and develop key accounts in the Polish market, with a primary focus on the Krakow region. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic hospital accounts, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure strong partnerships and continued business development. You will play a key role in driving sales performance while supporting the use of LeMaitre’s products in clinical practice.

Clinical Expertise and Strategic Account Development

In this role, you will act as the primary contact and trusted partner to key customers, including hospitals, surgeons, and procurement stakeholders within interventional healthcare.

You will:

  • Own and develop key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans
  • Prepare and present quotations, tender responses, and proposals to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through frequent customer visits (majority of time in the field)
  • Provide product training and support, including participation in procedures in the operating room
  • Support first use of products through hands-on guidance and clinical interaction
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor
  • Manage territory effectively within budget and ensure CRM is updated daily
  • Participate in congresses, exhibitions, and relevant business meetings

Commercial Mindset with Clinical Understanding

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Experience working in the operating room within interventional/surgical medical devices (e.g. vascular, cardiovascular or similar fields)
  • Proven track record in sales and key account management, preferably in hospital environments
  • Experience working with hospital procurement processes and tenders
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ability to operate in the operating room environment
  • Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Structured approach and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Additionally, you:

  • Speak Polish fluently and have good English skills
  • Are comfortable using CRM systems and standard IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Hold a driver’s license and are willing to travel extensively within your region

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, making self-drive, accountability, and a proactive mindset essential. Personal qualities such as resilience, curiosity, and relationship-building skills are key to success.
