Normedi is looking for a

Territory Manager

to drive the growth of Innovative Patient Treatments in Finland

As a Territory Manager, you will play a central role in expanding the adoption of Normedi’s leading solutions in hysteroscopy and endometrial ablation across Finland.

You will join an open and dynamic organization where you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, introducing and optimizing treatment methods across operating rooms, outpatient surgery settings, and hospital and clinic departments.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy, regular travel throughout Finland, close customer interaction, and the opportunity to influence the future development of women’s healthcare.

Broad Role with Significant Responsibility and Exciting Challenges

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the sales process from lead generation to implementation, including planning and conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, medical education activities and training sessions at hospitals and clinics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, procurement professionals, and biomedical engineers, while developing networks with decision-makers at hospital and department management levels.
  • Preparing and following up on territory and account plans, ensuring effective pipeline management and achievement of sales targets.
  • Delivering Normedi Education programs and ensuring strong clinical competence and product adoption through training and in-procedure support.
  • Participating in and leading negotiations, tender submissions, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Collecting and analyzing market data, attending congresses and professional meetings, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the strategic development of key centers across Finland.
  • A broad role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to take increasing ownership of the Finnish business as the organization continues to grow and evolve.

Independent and Results-Oriented

You will enjoy considerable freedom and influence over both the Finnish business plan and your daily work. You will become part of a Nordic sales team reporting to the Nordic Sales Manager.

You will work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and business support and will also benefit from Hologic’s global resources and strong Nordic network.

Experience with Value-Based Selling in MedTech

We expect you to bring a strong track record in value-based selling of medical devices to hospitals and healthcare providers, as well as experience with minimally invasive technologies, preferably within gynecology, surgery, or related fields.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and build long-term relationships across multiple levels of the healthcare system.
  • Experience planning and delivering training, demonstrations, and clinical support in the field.
  • Strong business acumen and an analytical approach to territory management and pipeline development.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of achieving results.
  • Relevant higher education in business, life sciences, healthcare, engineering or another related field is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is required; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.
