1. Job analysis

The process begins with a meeting involving your hiring manager and HR. Here, we clarify the role's needs, success criteria, and cultural context to form a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profile. Based on this, we prepare a detailed job description and search plan.

2. Identification and approach

Our researchers conduct a targeted search across selected companies, Compass’ own network, and external databases. We approach candidates directly with discretion and professionalism.

3. Interviews and shortlist

Compass interviews the most suitable candidates and evaluates them based on both competencies and personality. We then present a shortlist of 2–4 candidates who match your organisation’s requirements and culture.

4. Presentation and evaluation

We facilitate presentation meetings between you and the candidates. Each candidate is presented with complete documentation, giving you a solid foundation for making your decision.

5. Assessment and references

Our selected candidates complete a personality assessment and a cognitive ability test (People Test Systems). We collect relevant references and present all results in a clear and concise format.

6. Final interviews

You and the relevant decision-makers in your company meet the final candidates for a concluding round of interviews.

7. Contract, evaluation and follow-up

We assist with contract negotiations and ensure a smooth transition. After the appointment, we follow up at 1, 3, and 6 months and gather your feedback for continuous improvement. Throughout the process, Compass coordinates all steps and adapts them to your internal needs.
