I have worked with Executive Search in the private sector for more than 20 years. I have a master’s degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Management and an officer’s degree from the Air War College.
I started working with recruitment because I am very curious about people and what is happening in the business world. I like to get acquainted with what is required in different positions, and build networks of clients and candidates. I first started as a researcher after my career in the Armed Forces, before I became responsible for research and later a consultant.
For the past 10 years, I have been a Consultant and Partner in Compass, where I work with management and specialist recruitment in several industries.
