Hanne Vahvanen

I work as an Assignment Manager, collaborating with our consultants to drive Recruitment processes forward. My responsibilities primarily involve candidate mapping and outreach. Additionally, I participate in tasks such as profiling searches and crafting various materials, including job descriptions and job postings. I work within a wide range of industries, handling assignments in areas such as renewable energy, technology, construction and industry, ICT, HR, and consumer products. I find satisfaction in research tasks as they keep me updated on current events in the Finnish business world. Successes and satisfied clients serve as a significant source of inspiration and motivation for me. Both within my own work environment and in client collaboration, I prioritize confidentiality, honesty, and genuine interactions with people.
