Drive Impact Across Strategy, Technology, and Operations
As CRM & Commercial Excellence Consultant, you will join a highly specialized and international team working closely with pharmaceutical clients across Europe. You will act as a trusted advisor and play a key role in helping clients optimize commercial processes, strengthen CRM capabilities, and successfully implement new solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing tailored CRM and Commercial Excellence solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Advising clients on CRM best practices, commercial processes, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Leading configuration, solution design, optimization, and support activities within Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Salesforce, and related platforms.
- Managing system enhancements, change requests, and impact assessments.
- Supporting implementation projects and facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Conducting reviews, testing activities, compliance assessments, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted sparring partner for clients and colleagues.
- Developing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and performance monitoring solutions.
Consultant with Business Insight and Technical Expertise
We are looking for a consultant who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys translating business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions. You combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management skills and are motivated by creating measurable value through technology and process improvements.
You bring:
- A degree within business, IT, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience working with Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, and/or Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud.
- Relevant certifications within Veeva CRM, Vault Platform, or Salesforce Administration.
- Experience working with CRM implementations, optimization projects, or commercial technology platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and functions.
- A structured and pragmatic approach combined with curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
