Shaping the Future People Agenda
As Director HR International, you will work closely with senior leaders across several countries and functions, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, and workforce planning. Beyond your professional experience, you are recognized for your ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and create momentum across diverse stakeholder groups. You combine sound judgement with strong interpersonal skills and have the confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining a collaborative and positive approach. Fluent German and English skills are essential for success in this position.
