Malin Abrahamsen holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from NTNU. Through her studies, she has developed strong academic insight into how organizations operate, with a particular focus on the interplay between leadership, culture, and performance. Her master’s thesis on psychological safety and leadership during organizational change has given her a deep understanding of how leaders can facilitate development, engagement, and strong results in complex hiring processes.

Malin has experience from a similar role at Navigio, where she worked closely with clients across various industries. In this role, she developed strong skills in candidate mapping, research, and assessment, as well as a solid understanding of what characterizes successful recruitment processes.

In her role as Senior Researcher at Compass Human Resources, she supports clients in identifying and attracting relevant candidates for both specialist and leadership positions. She works in a structured and analytical manner with search and selection, with a strong focus on quality in every stage of the process. Malin is also a trusted sparring partner for both clients and candidates, placing great emphasis on close follow-up and delivering a professional candidate experience.
