Malin Abrahamsen holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Through her academic background and her master’s thesis on psychological safety and leadership during organizational change, she brings strong expertise to her role as Senior Researcher at Compass Human Resources.
She supports our clients in identifying and recruiting the right candidates for specialist and leadership positions, and ensures close and professional follow-up throughout the process.
