We are now looking for a Procurement Manager/Director to join CaPS in Sweden as we continue our growth journey.

Your Role
This is a dynamic position within a fast-growing international organization serving private equity portfolio companies and investment firms. As Procurement Manager / Director, you will bring procurement expertise and commercial drive to the Swedish market. The role blends category management, supplier relationship development, and client account responsibility—with a strong focus on building value for member companies and supporting the ambitious growth of CaPS in Sweden.
You will be part of a growing team of 5+ professionals in Sweden.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively drive consultative sales to the portfolio companies of private equity investors
- Managing supplier partnerships and overseeing client relationships
- Leading competitive tenders and annual negotiations
- Driving procurement excellence and adding senior expertise to the Swedish team
- Supporting the international expansion of CaPS’ unique procurement concept
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with at least 5–10 years of relevant experience—ideally in procurement, contract management, or within sales, consulting, or related fields. Background in both in-house procurement roles and consulting firms is highly valued. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring agility, drive, and ambition to everything you do. Experience with international business and growth projects is an advantage.
Ideally, you also bring:
- A seniority to the team with procurement experience and commercial drive
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations
- A hard-working, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- A “CaPS-attitude”: customer-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-driven
- Educational background in economics, business, or related field
