We are now looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our topical dermatology sales team in Finland. The Account Manager will be part of the Nordic Topical Derma Business Unit and report to the Head of BU/LEO Nordic. The Account Manager will be located in Finland and will work from a home office.
In the Account Manager position you will be working with our topical dermatological product portfolio, and you will be in charge of business development concerning this high priority product portfolio. You will create and execute a business plan by building up relationships and conducting client meetings with key specialists such as dermatologists and occupational health care. You will be part of the Nordic business Unit and implement the local operative plan in Finland in alignment with the defined strategy. This position will involve heavy travel in and around Finland.
We expect you to have a suitable degree (minimum Bachelor’s degree) in a related field and at least 3 years of experience from working in a similar role. Preferably you have a successful sales background from the health care sector. Experience from working in cross functional and international teams is an advantage and you will need the ability communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.
As a person you are outgoing, proactive and always link your activities to the plan ahead. You have a high level of drive and commitment, and you are comfortable with using modern ICT tools. You have a “challenger” mindset, you thrive with professional challenges and are collaborative by nature.
