The Role

As an Area Sales Manager within the Greater Europe region, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of premium DLF grass, clover, and alfalfa products to wholesale customers in France, Spain, and Portugal. You will receive comprehensive training to become a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on product positioning and use. Your responsibilities will include developing annual customer plans, analysing market trends, and creating targeted action and marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Regular travel to customer locations to ensure continued partnership and business growth.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • A creative and innovative approach, with a strong drive.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive outlook.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is desirable.
  • Organised, persuasive, and focused on delivering results.
