Bosch Security and Safety Systems is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth within the video surveillance market in Norway. As part of Bosch Building Technologies, you will collaborate with offices across the Nordics and Baltics while based in Oslo, Norway.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Bosch’s presence in the video surveillance market.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and grow the existing customer portfolio through strategic relationship management.
  • Assist clients in designing customized systems tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to align solutions with market demands.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing manager.
  • Organize and deliver subject-specific training courses.
  • Actively participate in trade fairs, industry events, and sales meetings.
  • Manage and achieve your sales budget targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop innovative growth strategies.
  • Drive projects, tenders, and partnerships to ensure exceptional service delivery.

About you

You have a business-related or technical education, such as a degree in business administration, engineering, or similar field, with several years of experience in business development or sales, preferably from the security or technology industry.

On a personal level, you are motivated, customer focused, and adept at identifying opportunities and delivering results. You are strategic, innovative, self-driven, and capable of turning insights into actionable growth strategies. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator and relationship builder who can navigate complex negotiations with ease. Finally, you are fluent in both Norwegian and English and have strong collaboration skills that allow you to thrive in an international team.
