McDonalds is now looking for a passionate and analytically sharp individual capable of generating business insights and influencing their success in the Swedish market. As a Consumer & Business Insights Manager, you will conduct business analysis and have extensive interaction across the entire organization, collaborating closely with Insights & Analytics, Marketing, Swedish management, and franchisees. You will drive market analysis and reporting and contribute to annual sales and GC (guest count) planning, future projections, and campaign estimates.

To be a success in the role, it is important that you are successful in reporting and analysis and that you provide insightful business reporting in a convincing, comprehensible, and clear manner. Your Profile:

  • Academic degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer and business insights, strategic consulting, or data analytics, preferably within food service, hospitality, or retail.
  • Expertise in data reporting, modeling, and ideally Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
