Danhydra is committed to an ambitious growth strategy, with a key focus on expanding business with Siemens Gamesa across all segments. Recently, a global main contract was secured, marking a significant milestone in this strategy. As Global Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Siemens Gamesa account, your primary responsibility will be to drive business development through proactive engagement, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders across all relevant SGRE business segments.

Your responsibilities will cover:

• Full ownership of Siemens Gamesa as a global account
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders at Siemens Gamesa
• Development of Strategic Account Plan, including portfolio evaluation and growth strategies
• Negotiation of major projects and closing of orders in collaboration with internal functions and stakeholders
• Forecast and market analysis
• Proactively sell the full portfolio of products, solutions, and services into the broader SGRE organization in collaboration with internal functions and stakeholders
• All commercial activities linked to Siemens Gamesa, including quotations, screening of new projects/orders, sales forecasting, sales pricing, RFQ-participation, negotiation of customer agreements and contracts

In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to not only become part of a highly ambitious international company, but also to develop a high-potential key account, utilizing the newly established main contract to build lasting relationships across the Siemens Gamesa Organization.

You will work out of Danhydra’s headquarter in Herning, Denmark. Yet, since relevant stakeholders are situated across Denmark, America, Spain and Germany, you should expect approx. 50 travel days per year.

Profound experience with Account Management of OEMs within the wind industry

To succeed in this role, a strong combination of commercial and technical knowledge is essential. We imagine that you bring a solid educational foundation at minimum bachelor’s level, along with at least 5 years of experience from a similar position developing business towards an OEM within the wind industry. You are characterized by your outgoing and engaging personality and keen ability to identify needs and business opportunities. Furthermore, your result-driven, persistent and analytical approach to your clients combined with your commercial and technical expertise ensures your success with complex solution sales in multifaceted organizations. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential for success in this role.
