Shape the Future of ESG with Governance Excellence

Reporting directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer, the Head of Strategy Alignment will play a crucial role within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the executive team and various stakeholders to navigate the complexities of a regulated and scrutinized market landscape.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and drive overall strategy for Governance, Planning, and Reporting.
  • Establish ESG governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Create decarbonization roadmaps, KPIs, and conduct annual assessments against goals.
  • Oversee the preparation and publication of ESG reports and disclosures.
  • Identify and assess ESG risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor ongoing impact metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders. Effective communication across functions is crucial to ensure that relevant teams are aligned with set targets. We expect you to have profound experience in working with sustainability reporting/CSRD/CSDDD and managing compliance as well as a proven track record in implementing ESG frameworks. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical skills to drive data driven decision-making.
